By purchasing a subscription or course, you agree to:

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.

7. Refunds

• Videos
• Text
• Graphics
• Logos
• Software
• Quizzes
• AI prompts
• Design
• Branding

is owned by or licensed to AIShala and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or publicly display any content without our prior written permission.

9. User Content

If you submit comments, assignments, prompts, feedback, or other content, you grant AIShala a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and improve the Platform using such content, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

You remain responsible for the content you submit.

10. Acceptable Use

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to AIShala during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
